Supplier Certification Process

The certificate of prequalification of CAE certifies that certain national company complies with the requirements to provide goods and services to the Oil Industry.


The CAE registers and certifies the national suppliers based on the requirements of the pre-qualification systems of suppliers of oil companies: Sonangol P & P, BP, ESSO, TEPA and CABGOC, with legal support of order 127/03 of Mirempet.

A company must be 100% Angolan or, at least 51% of the social capital be owned by Angolan in light of the law of the promotion of national business art. No. 19 sgtes.

The Process is composed of:

1st Company Registration – consists of completing the registration form in gold pages that is available on the CAE’s website and annexing the copy of the republic’s diary, contribution card and Permit.

2º Certification – its effectiveness by completing the certification form and attaching the documents requested therein.

After sending a confirmation email along with information on steps to follow to proceed with the certification process.
